YaraVera AMIPRO

Bag of YaraVera Amipro

YaraVera AMIPRO (40% N + 14 SO3) is our stabilised sulphur enriched granular urea-based fertiliser delivering higher yields and significantly lower ammonia emissions compared to straight urea when applied on crops. We've coated YaraVera AMIPRO with a proven urease inhibitor called NBPT which is effective in lowering ammonia volatilisation by 70 - 78.5%* relative to straight urea.

What is a urease inhibitor?

This urease inhibitor works by delaying the conversion (hydrolysis) of urea into ammonium, which in turns lowers the relative rate of ammonia formation and volatilisation. By choosing YaraVera AMIPRO you reduce nitrogen losses through ammonia volatilisation, which importantly keeps more nitrogen in the soil for the crop to utilise. When you choose YaraVera AMIPRO you can be confident that it meets Yara's exciting standards for quality, consistency and efficacy.

Advantages of YaraVera AMIPRO

• Uses a highly effective and proven urease inhibitor - NBPT

• True Uniform Compound - spreads to 36 m

• Contains Sulphur to enhance crop yields - on average by 0.5t/ha^ for oilseed and 0.85t/ha^ for Wheat

• Lowering ammonia emissions benefits air quality, habitats and biodiversity
