Dry Ice Safety Guidelines

Solid Carbon Dioxide (Dry Ice) is very cold: -78 °C. It sublimes (turns from a solid) to a gas that is heavier than air with asphyxiating qualities. A small amount of Dry Ice will sublime to a large volume of gas.

How to use Dry Ice

DO NOT allow direct contact with Dry Ice
DO NOT put Dry Ice into drinks
ALWAYS keep Dry Ice away from children
ALWAYS use an insulated container to store dry ice
ALWAYS store in a well ventilated area
DO NOT place in a working refrigerator or freezer
