AdBlue and Stationary NOx Reduction Agents

If you are a fleet owner needing to apply the Euro IV, Euro V and soon the Euro VI standards, or your plant needs an IPPC permit for NOx emissions, you will need a NOx reducing reagent.

AdBlue

AdBlue is used to reduce NOx emissions

For heavy-duty vehicles, AdBlue is used together with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) to reduce emissions of nitrogen oxides NOx from  the exhaust of heavy-duty diesel vehicles. AdBlue is a 32.5% solution of synthetic urea in demineralised water that is clear, non-toxic and is safe to handle. AdBlue combined with SCR offers you also a fuel efficient solution, with limited CO2 emissions compared to competitive solutions.
