SOP based fertilizer - YaraMila Complex @ 1375 - 1875 kg/ha

Earlies

Most soils - Universal 16 @ 1000 - 1250 kg/ha

SOP based fertilizer - YaraMila Complex @ 1000 - 1250 kg/ha

NB: Apply 60 - 70% of the recommended nitrogen in the base dressing. Top-dress the remainder as YaraLiva Tropicote™ at tuber initiation. Applying a minimum of 400 kg provides over 100 kg/ha of readily available calcium.(CaO).

Seed Crops

Most soils - Universal 16 @ 750 - 1000 kg/ha

SOP based fertilizer - YaraMila Complex @ 750 -1000 kg/ha

Crisping

Most soils - Maincrop @ 1000 - 1250 kg/ha

CN for quality

YaraLiva Tropicote contains 15.5%N and 26%CaO which is fully water soluble and immediately available for plant uptake.

Soil applied Calcium Nitrate has been shown to:

reduce internal rust spot
improve skin finish
reduce storage rots
help during crop stress
improve following potato crop yield
Apply 30 - 40% of the total nitrogen requirement as YaraLiva Tropicote™ at tuber initiation (at least 400kg product per hectare, i.e. 62kg N and 104kg CaO/ha).
